No Minimum Policy:  No order is too small.  Please call us for a free quote. 

Changes & Cancellation:  All orders which have been cut and/or ready to be ship cannot be cancelled or change due to our customize work.  Any changes will require a revised purchase order and will delay production.   Once fabric has been order there will be a 25% restocking fee for all orders.   

Terms:  Absolutely no credit term is available for all custom orders.  All custom orders are subject to 50% deposit and full payment upon shipment.  All products availability, colors, prices, terms & condition are subject to change without any notice.  Terms & condition on buyer purchase order are null unless agree by an authorize employee.  There will be a 2% transaction fee for all non-cash transaction.   

Quality & Color Policy:  We guarantee the workmanship of our garment under normal usage.  Every effort is made to match dye lot colors.  Shades will very due to lot variances & situation beyond our control.  Color variation from garment to garment do not constitute a defective merchandise.   

Returns & Exchange:  No returns or exchanges are available for all custom order unless merchandize is defective.  We will correct and amend any defective materials or workmanship upon our option and inspection.  We will only pay UPS ground service on returns for defect.  A RA# is require on all returns.     

Shipping & Handling:  An estimated delivery date is only available once all aspect of the order has been approved for production.  We will try our best fulfill your requested date.  Any delay due to unexpected reason beyond our control we shall not bear any expedited service.  All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless stated in your purchase order.  We do not accept third party account due to charge back beyond which is beyond our control.  All order shipping to multiple locations will incur an $ 8.00 service charge per box.
